How do I get started?
If you are a personal trainer, simply download the app and create an account. To onboard your first client, navigate to the 'Clients' tab and send them an invite. From there, you can build custom sessions, manage your weekly schedule, and begin tracking progress immediately.
Do both the trainer and the client have to download the app?
Currently, only the trainer needs to download the app. Once the client-facing app is rolled out, we strongly recommend that both parties have the corresponding applications in order to get the best experience out of YCLT.
Does this replace in-person sessions?
Not at all! YCLT is designed to augment coaching, not replace it. It bridges the gap between your physical sessions, ensuring that the work your clients do is just as intentional as the hour they spend with you in the gym.
What happens if a client takes a break or stops training?
You can archive clients through their individual profiles to better organize your space. All workout histories and notes will remain visible in your account, so that you can pick up right where you left off if a client returns in the future.
